Continue the fun at home or during a break in your working day to help relax and refresh. Juggling is a great stress reliever at any time of the day. Practice and learning new skills increases brain cells which can help many things in your daily routine. Co-ordination plays a big part in all our live's. Increasing co-ordination and awareness of the body can be beneficial to the way we walk, the way we breathe and even our posture.
Juggling is an excellent task for teaching goal setting, tracking of improvement, perseverance, and delay of gratification. Furthermore, juggling stimulates the right hemisphere of the brain, increasing mental agility and mental creativity, distributing more evenly its activity within an often too stressful environment.
