How long does a session last?

Sessions can be tailored to your needs. The two hour session is recomended but this can be shortened, extended or split

The maximum number of people in one session is twenty five and the minimum is eight. Of course larger numbers can be accommodated over multiple sessions.

An empty room of seven metres square- or more- is ideal. However, we can tailor the session to suit where space is restricted.
